Cameron Bonner - The C.U.R.E. Christmas Party

Dear Family and Friends,

If you weren't able to attend the Christmas party at Helen Keller Park, here's a link posted by Sargent Ray Bercini, Sheriff's Dept. and A Better LA.

This event only serves to show how good things happen when we work together.
It was such a joy to see everyone working as a team to make sure all who came felt welcome.

I wish to say "thank you" to the entire Parks and Recreation staff for hosting such a beautiful event.
When we started this event 3 years ago we could only dream of such a day. Well, friends, we did it! We were able to share blessings with so many needy families. Thanks, C.U.R.E., BAFTA/LA, A Better LA, Glasshouse productions, LAFD Spark of Love, and the US Vets for cooking and serving such a wonderful meal. Also, thank you, Santa (aka Gary Dartnall), for again doing a wonderful job greeting every child who wanted to meet Santa.

In closing, I've had calls from parents with several children who came to the event. Some are in need of deeper services, so I pledged to keep in touch and work to provide community service in and around the Athens and West Athens areas.

We now are seen as true hope, so I take that seriously.

I look forward to sharing more good news on our efforts.

Much Love and Respect.

Cameron Bonner
